Our graduation catering services range from basic a-la-carte food items prepared for pick-up or drop-off at your convenience, to fully serviced events in a range of styles from traditional buffet, grilled menus and even exciting action stations.  Whether hosted in your own backyard, a local park, or at the event venue of your choice, JPC can also arrange all the desired details including tent rentals, tables, chairs, linens, china, flatware and so much more.

  • A-la-Carte Menu:  a full listing of food items from meats to side dishes, and everything in between, that is available for drop-off or pick-up priced by the piece or pound for your convenience.  This menu can also be serviced with chafers and service staff for a flat hourly fee which would then include premium plasticware. 
  • Grille Menu:  for a gourmet picnic type vibe for your celebration, a JPC chef attendant will arrive at your location with our state of the art commercial grille to cook fresh summer cuisine.  Included in the grille menus are your choice of high-quality meat options ranging from basic burgers and dogs to filet slices with cipoli onions-- truly something for everyone.  Delicious side dishes in hot and cold formats are also included in this wonderful summer package with premium plasticware built in.
  • Action Stations: Want something really unique for your event?  Why not try JPC's exciting action station format!  Travel around the globe with cultural stations, or how about a live pasta station or fajita station?  Really into sliders or stir-fry?  We've got that covered too. Our action stations are attended stations that showcase fresh made foods live for your guests enjoyment.  With a full range of themes and cuisines, your favorite tastes are sure to be represented.
  • Appetizers:  this fine list of items can be prepared for pick-up or drop-off, as well as added a-la-carte to any serviced event, or can even be built into a fully serviced appetizer style party.
  • Cakes: also available only with our serviced events are Jody's scrumptious and well-reknowned graduation cakes.  Choose from an array of decadent flavor combinations, and let Jody custom create a unique party accent featuring the school or party color scheme.
